We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure your device arrives safely.

Upon receiving your device, our technicians will conduct a thorough evaluation to identify the issue or assess the requested upgrade. We’ll then send you a detailed quote outlining the scope of work, required parts, estimated turnaround time, and total cost. This quote is tailored to your device and needs, with no hidden fees or vague estimates.

If you accept the quote, we’ll issue a proforma invoice for payment. Once payment is received, our team will begin work immediately. We use high-quality components and industry-standard practices to ensure your device is repaired or upgraded to the highest standard. After completion, your item will be securely packaged and shipped back to you, ready to perform at its best.
